Boost Metabolism does not currently offer account registration, comments, health-record storage, or a contact form. Do not send sensitive medical information through any email address or third-party service linked from this site.
Information handled automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. This information may be used to deliver the site, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and understand general traffic.
Browser-based calculators
The homepage calculators use information you enter—such as age, sex used for an equation, height, weight, activity level, and movement minutes—to display an estimate in your browser. The current site does not transmit or save those entries to a Boost Metabolism account or database.
